The plastic is heated up to over 350 degrees, then mixed with colorant if needed.
Then the plastic is fed into a mold where it takes the shape of the auger.


All metal tubing Lundell Plastics uses starts off as round steel and is reshaped to a hexagon.



The auger is first put onto the tube, then sent to have finishing touches put on it.
Lundell Plastics always caters to the customer's specifications.


The Augers are carefully stacked, wrapped, and shipped to the customer.
