Poly Cupped Flighting
Whatever your needs in handling bulk soybean seed, poly cupped flighting can help you handle the seed gently. Poly cupped flighting offers a combination of gentleness to the seed and long lasting durability, making it the logical choice for seed handling equipment. It is available in many of the brands of seed handling equipment on the market today; it is also available as replacement flighting to retrofit almost any existing auger, including;

- Gravity box augers
- Truck mount tail gate augers

Poly cupped is currenlty available in four sizes for 6", 7", 8", and 10" augers.
For many of the popular brands of augers, the poly cupped flighting is available as a kit that is shipped complete, ready for installation. For all other installations, the flighting assembly is made according to customer supplied dimensions. Standard components are available for connection to hydraulic and electric motors or PTO drives. Special shafts or connectors can be easily fabricated.
Although poly cupped flighting was designed originally (from university testing) for handling soybean seed, it has been shown to have the same benefits for other seeds and crops such as popcorn, edible peas, lentils, and white corn as well as being able to handle dry fertilizer (stainless steel center tube recommended). The non-stick property of the poly also makes it ideal when using seed treatments.
